Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! The faculty and staff are looking forward to an exciting year of learning. Our mission at Cypress Grove is to Fan the Flame of success by guiding our students to become better thinkers, learners, and individuals. I will do my very best to lead this school in fulfilling our mission.

We believe that you are the most important teacher in your child's life. That is why we continually encourage your involvement and support and invite you to become an active member of our school. Our goal is to work together with you to provide the best education possible for your child. Getting involved can take place in a variety of ways such as attending parent conferences, becoming a school volunteer (VIP), joining PTO, eating lunch with your child, or perhaps just visiting our school regularly to get to know us better and be a visible support to your child. It is my sincere desire to provide leadership to increase student achievement, help teachers and staff to grow professionally, and expand opportunities for our students to acquire the skills to become productive citizens in a vastly changing society. We want our students to have an experience that not only fills their minds with knowledge, but fills their hearts with compassion for themselves, each other, and our community. We strive to develop a dynamic and engaging learning environment ... and to have some fun along the way as we develop healthy, empowering relationships with our students. I am confident that together we can reach new heights and create an environment where our students learn and grow.
